Valid Sudoku Board

Write a function isValidSudoku that checks a partly filled 9x9 Sudoku board. Each cell is a string: a digit "1" to "9", or "." for an empty cell.

The board is valid when no digit repeats in any row, in any column, or in any of the nine 3x3 boxes. Only filled cells are checked; the board does not need to be solvable.
