Title Case

Medium · Strings

Write a function titleCase that formats a book title. Words are separated by single spaces.

Every word gets an uppercase first letter and the rest lowercase, except the small words a, an, the, and, of, in, on, which stay fully lowercase. The first word is always capitalized, even if it is a small word.
