Over the Wall

A tall wall stands right in front of Karel. Climb up along the wall until it ends, step over to the other side, and walk down until Karel is on the bottom row again, just past the wall.

The wall has a different height in each world. While Karel faces north, the wall is on its right, so rightIsBlocked() tells you if the wall is still there.
