Tidy Up the Text

UPPER(text) turns text into capital letters, LOWER(text) into small letters, and LENGTH(text) counts its characters (spaces count too). Like most functions, they return NULL when the input is NULL.

For every customer, return three columns: name_upper (the name in capitals), email_lower (the email in small letters) and name_length (the number of characters in name).
