Apply Scheduled Price Changes

UPDATE a SET ... FROM b WHERE ... updates rows of a using values from a matching row of b.

The price_changes table holds at most one new price per product, each with an effective_on date. Apply every change whose effective_on is on or before 2026-04-01: set the product's price to new_price. Ignore later changes and leave other products alone. The check lists id, name and price of all products.
