range(1, count + 1) gives the numbers 1, 2, ..., count. Note that the stop value is not included. Inside a loop, list.append(x) adds an item to the end of a list.

Write a function times_row(n, count) that returns the list [n * 1, n * 2, ..., n * count]. If count is 0, return an empty list.
