Build an HTML Tag with *args and **kwargs
Medium · Functions
In a function signature, *args collects extra positional arguments into a tuple, and **kwargs collects extra keyword arguments into a dict (in the order they were passed).
Write make_tag(name, *classes, **attrs) that returns an opening HTML tag as a string. If there are any classes, add class="..." first, with the classes joined by spaces. Then add each keyword argument as key="value", in order. With no classes and no attributes, return just <name>.
The driver run_make_tag is already written: it passes the test data into your function as *args and **kwargs.
